BISMARCK, N.D. (NOV, 14, 2023) – The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) Board appointed Rebecca Fricke as Interim Executive Director, after the separation of its Executive Director, Scott Miller.
The appointment is effective immediately. Fricke said, “I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition in leadership and continuity of services to our many valued members.” Fricke has been with NDPERS for nearly 28 years in numerous roles including in her most recent capacity as Chief Benefits Officer.
The Board of Trustees is confident in the ability of the NDPERS staff during this transition. Plans to identify a permanent Executive Director will be discussed at a future meeting.
