Employee Assistance Program (EAP) RFP
The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) desires to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits for employees of state agencies and their eligible dependents. NDPERS is soliciting proposals for an initial coverage period to be effective July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027.
The following is a sequence of activities for this RFP:
- February 3, 2025: RFP issued
- February 28, 2025: Proposals are due
- April 2025: NDPERS will select vendors
- May 2025: List of vendor information will be given to agencies
- May 30, 2025: Agencies vendor selection due
- July 1, 2025: EAP contract effective date
