• The Dakota Retiree Plan (supplement) pays secondary to Medicare.
• The Retiree Health Insurance with Medicare Application SFN 59562 and the Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Enrollment SFN 58860 must be completed and filed with NDPERS.
